Heres how it goes, I was trying to make a trampoline (ofcourse I failed epicly) and this happened, Take one of the balls on the chains and drag it out side of the two supporting beams that the 2 ends of the chains hang on, it will start to spazz out and seizure, wait a few moments and the 2 ends of the chains should come back down to earth and still be connected with the other parts of the chain missing. You can check the break limits itself and reset them if you want, this is not hacked, the springs also represent where the other balls have gone...

It doesn't glitch up if you lower the chain's bounciness to 1. :P

I don't think that the hinges break at all. I think that the part of the change that "breaks" probably just flys in to the edge of the phuniverse and gets deleted and when it settles all you are left with is a small bit of the chain.
