Unstuck from background and the suspension has been cleaned to a certain extent. It also has better collision settings, allowing the body to collide with the world and making the ragdoll take up fewer collision sets. I could make it better with some rebuilding, but you didn't allow it.
Sorry the wheels are out of order, but I couldn't remember the exact arrangement of what belongs in front of what and they weren't grouped conveniently. To remove the incomplete groupings I put on them, select and press CTRL+U. In case you didn't know, CTRL+G puts the selected objects in a group.
