i found out how it works u can read it but u dont half to

the springs pull on the balls
but the balls cant go in the bigger ball
so it poly glitches in and out
so fast and repeatly it does not show up because its a glitch.
the in and out action of the smaller balls it not big so it stays. the in and out bounces objects it comes into creating bounce even though the smaller balls are 0 bounceyness.
